We provide an instructional coaching model to support our teachers with meeting the needs of all students, to increase rigor in teaching, and to provide relevance to learning in an effort to increase student achievement.

We have a partnership approach to improving instruction; their first and foremost priority is helping teachers create a plan to realize their professional goals.  Coaches are present to facilitate teachers' reflection about students and their learning.
